My work consists of paintings, sculptures, installations and dresses, which are specifically thought and executed for the performative purposes of my projects. In my art practice I explore the subject of human portraiture.

The use of human body functions as a point of reference and example to talk about human existence in universal means through the process of metamorphosis. When I refer to the concept of metamorphosis I intend any possible attempt to present in public concepts, ideas or actual works that have the ability to transform any miserable, quotidian, human moment into visual poetry. In this imaginary dimension, individual personal stories, fantasies and expectations are transformed into collective events.

My intention is to offer in public both a sense of “catharsis” and criticism. The atmosphere expressed through my sceneries is a response to a society, which is thirsty for power, money and manipulation.
